I didn't find [Auto Repair E Quote] until I already had my car at [another shop]. I received a quote for what I thought was an outrageous sum of money. The [Auto Repair E Quote] 2nd opinion option was quick and gave me a good idea of how much it should have cost me. I presented the estimate to [repair facility] and they refused to lower their price. Response by AREQ - We were only able to reduce the fees charged by the repair facility $25. We therefore offered and presented the customer with a FULL REFUND. In our defense, Customer refused to have the vehicle transferred to another repair facility. We apologize we were unable to help and hope you will give us another oppurtunity to assist you in the future.
